Gaios
Gaios is an incredibly picturesque harbour that’s long been popular with the yachting fraternity. It has fine examples of Ionian and Venetian architecture (of the type that has been unfortunately destroyed by earthquakes on other islands) painted in pastel hues and ocres.
Lakka
Lakkа is situated on a hill cоvеred with οlive trеes аnd сypressеs, with spectacular views of thе seа whiсh maκe it vеrу scenic. The promеnade is lively, with sеаside tavernas, cаfеs and several bаrs, and it thе alleуs behind yоu саn find a small squаrе, sοuvenir shops and mоre tavеrnаs. Therе are sevеrаl family hotels, guesthоusеs with rοoms tо rent and privаte villas scattеred in the аrеa.
Longos
Longоs is a small fishing hаrbor in nоrtheast Paxos, 4 κm frоm Lаkka. It is like a mini copy оf Lакκa but muсh quiеter, with a smаll prοmenadе with cafes аnd tavernas. Some оf thе tables аlmοst touch the bоats mοorеd at the hаrbоr. The organizеd bоаt trips arοund Paxos usuаlly stоp fοr a while at Longоs οr pаss verу closе by it.
Mongonisi
Mоngοnisi is vеry smаll аnd thеrе аlmоst nο fасilitiеs fоr tοurists. Thеrе is а smаll pоrt fοr yасhts, оnе tаvеrn bу thе sеа аnd а tiny sаndy bеасh in frοnt оf thе tаvеrn. Thе оnly саmping fοr thе rеgiоn οf Pаxоs саn bе fοund оn Mοngоnisi. Exсеpt fоr а сοuplе оf privаtе villаs, hοtеls аrе nоt аvаilаblе οn thе islеt itsеlf but а big hоtеl rеsοrt оn Pахοs is lосаtеd just nеxt tο Mоngοnisi bаy.
Antipaxos
Antipaxos island, also called Antipaxi, is the smallest of the Ionian Islands and belongs to the municipality of Paxi. This islet is famous for its beautiful beaches and offers some of the best swimming and snorkeling opportunities in Greece.
Vrika
This is one of the only “all sand” beaches on Paxos/Antipaxos. The crystal clear waters and the setting are stunning. The water slowly shelves into the sea, so it is perfect for swimmers and non swimmers alike.
Voutoumi
The beach Voutoumi at Antipaxoi is one of the most beautiful beaches in Greece. The crystal clear waters and white sand combined with vegetation of the small island, create a heavenly landscape.
Ortholithos
The name identifies its identity, a standing rock in the sea. The impressive vertical rock is "pinned" into the crystal clear waters, giving a great beauty in the landscape, supplemented by the large cave on the opposite shore. And this cave also is very large, impressive with beautiful waters.
Blue Caves

Tripitos Arch
The Tripitos Arch is a naturally formed rock structure located on the west coast of Paxos at the southern end of the island. It is over 20 metres high and has magnificently clear waters around it’s base.
Erimitis
Nature shows its power and creates beaches! In 2008 after a landslide Hermit beach was created in the center of the western side of the island. It is a spectacular beach, located amongst towering cliffs and overlooking the sunset. It has white pebbles and blue sulphurous waters.
Galazio
The beach Galazio is located south on the west coast of Paxos and took its name from its crystal blue waters. It is one of the most beautiful beaches of the island and is only accessible only by boat.
Kaltsonisi
One of the two small islands in the south of Paxos (the other is Mongonissi). On the island is the church of Agios Spiridon of Jorji Anemogianni listen in 1686 and it was restored in 1750. At 1686 the painting of Virgin Mary was brought here by the citizens of Veliantatika that came to the island from Souli. Afterwards, the painting was moved to the new Virgin Mary church.

It is one of those experiences that it is worth every penny. Boats are new and very clean. Thomas will teach you how to ride it and after that you can enjoy a full day of amazing views and breathing waters.

We rented a boat with Thomas and must say that it was one of the best experiences. The boat was super clean and had plenty of space to do sunbathing or just to enjoy the views. We took our lessons how to manage the boat and after that with the map provided to us by them. We visited Antipaxos and went all around Paxos. We stopped in different beaches, saw big caves. All in all I totally recommend this type of activity and Thomas boats

Family run business to rent boat, scooter and apartment. Thomas is an excellent host and offered us very decent prices. He was always available to answer our questions and was flexible to accommodate our needs. He made our stay in Paxos a great experience. Would definitely go back there!

We rented a boat for a full day trip (Paxos +Antipaxos without a skipper). The boats are in perfect condition, also Thomas helped us with any questions and also has taken the time to make an introduction (incl. a parking exercise 😄). We had a wonderful day and would recommend Thomas 100%! Thank you! 🙂

Thomas is literally friendly, price for renting a boat is reasonable.
We really had nice experience with the boat, we have been to erimitis bay, blue cave, Antipaxos and it was not too difficult to drive there and it was exactly interesting

Thomas ist ein wirklich ein sehr lieber und gastfreundlicher Mensch! In den ersten Tagen hat er uns mit seinem kleinen Schlauchboot auf die kleine Insel Agios Nikolaos gefahren. Ein paar Tage später haben wir für einen Tag ein Motorboot gemietet und damit die Insel umrundet. Toller Service, fairer Preis und wir hatten das Gefühl, wir hatten im kleinen Hafen von Gaios einen Freund gewonnen ?? Vielen Dank, Thomas, Du bist ein feiner Kerl!!

A short walk from the passenger ferry in Paxos and his office is on the main walkway by the river.
You can turn up and rent a boat for the day at 70euro plus fuel. Managed to get his last boat for the day. He showed us everything about the boat and recommended a few places to go. We went to anti Paxi which is beautiful about 20 minutes south of Paxos.
Boat was pretty new and in good condition.
Cash was preferred.
You won’t regret getting a boat for the day and exploring Paxos it’s the best way of getting around.
